SAN FRANCISCO, Mar. 5, 2019 /PRNewswire/ — A commercial leader taking multiple private equity backed companies successfully through exit, Brad Daggett has joined the disruptive executive search firm, Carpe Diem Partners.
Effective immediately, Brad will lead Carpe Diem Partners’ Chicago office, Private Equity and Commercial function practices. As a Managing Partner, Brad will be an active client engagement leader in retained search and the firms diagnostic services.

Brad has a broad range of leadership experiences across consumer products and consumer technology companies, leading agile sales and marketing teams. Under his leadership, his teams have initiated and closed strategic partnerships with multinational enterprises including Starbucks, Walmart, and Amazon. As a marker of his impact on rapidly growing companies, Brad helped lead and advise the successful exits of World Kitchen (Correlle Brands) and Ignite USA to strategic buyers, KKR and Newell Rubbermaid respectively. “Brad has the rare insights of how private equity and multinational enterprises design winning go-to-market strategy and delivery,” stated DeFazio.

Brad started his career in the management training program at Black & Decker, modeled off the Proctor & Gamble training program. He quickly progressed into roles of progressive responsibility while gaining experience as a General Manager at World Kitchen. Ultimately, Brad became Vice President of Global Sales and Trade Marketing at Newell Brands. He recruited and led a global team that built Newell’s beverage ware brands into the largest portfolio in global market share. Brad has a broad range of operating experiences in both private equity and public market environments with leadership roles in sales, marketing and general management.
