Fay Wasylyniuk, former PepsiCo Senior HR Executive, Joins Disruptive Executive Search Firm Carpe Diem Global Partners

Fay Wasylyniuk, a Senior Human Resources Executive from PepsiCo and the broader Consumer and Retail industry, with experience across HR Strategy, Organizational Development, and Change Management has joined the reimagined executive search firm, Carpe Diem Global Partners.
Effective immediately, Fay Wasylyniuk will lead the firm’s engagements across all verticals bringing decades of HR operating experience to the firms clients. As a Managing Partner, Fay will be an active client engagement leader in retained search and in the firm’s diagnostic consulting services.
Fay brings global experience leading and partnering with senior executives in highly matrixed operating environments. She has exceptional history leading human resource functions at PepsiCo, Refresco and Tesco. Most recently, Fay spent 15 years at PepsiCo leading HR teams in Canada and the United States supporting Supply Chain and Commerical functions.
Throughout her career, Fay has focused on being a pivotal HR business partner to executive leaders by taking complex business challenges and delivering practical and effective solutions that drive efficiency and profitability. She has over 25 years of comprehensive experience directing and delivering tangible results in the areas of talent attraction and retention, developing cultures of inclusion, building organizational capability, and leading large scale global change initiatives. Fay is a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) and holds her HR certification from the University of Calgary.
